Multi-cereal hazy IPA, in which the pronounced bitterness and juiciness of the 4 hop varieties used are combined, dominated by the apricot aroma of New Zealand Rakau. For complexity we used a good dose of resinous Simcoe, a cryo version of Nelson Sauvin and a pinch of the new NZ variety Superdelic. The popular Verdant IPA yeast provided the beer with a juicy character and yet a dry fermented body, which is softened by wheat malt and oatmeal. Enjoy hop juice with an intoxicating aroma of pine, peaches, apricots, gooseberries and white grapes.
