Have you ever had a brut IPA that could measure up to a NEIPA in juiciness? Such is the free-spirited IPA Saoirse, filled to the brim with rice flakes, whose residual sugar is zero, and therefore the strength of the alcohol is greater, but at the same time, thanks to double cold hopping with Riwaka and Cryo Pop, it has acquired a not entirely typical juiciness, a subtle cloudiness and the intoxicating aroma of tropical fruit.
