Crafting Unique Brews with Passion
Welcome to TamTam Brewing co., an independent brewery in Pilsen, dedicated to modern styles and innovative flavors inspired by our love for metal and rock music.
I present TamTam project as an "one woman brew show", because I am in charge of everything from ordering raw materials, through production, bottling, solutions for administration, business, recipes and graphics.
Even so, I have two indispensable people at hand - Michael from the Nozib brewery, who takes care of most of the distribution for me, and the graphic artist Verča, who draws my beautiful labels.
Term "Tamtam" does not refer only to the name "Tamara", it is also a musical link with beers named after songs (tamtam = gong). And why the eagle in the logo? The explanation is simple, it is not only an expression of a "flying independent brewery", but also a reference to my roots from Moravia.
I try to make each beer unique both in terms of recipe, graphic processing and my own personal story. In the first year (2024), 14 different beers were created, in the following years I am preparing countless more news, but there will also be two "core" beers that I will return to at certain intervals.

I´m located in Pilsen and "fly" to brew to Čižice. I embrace the vibrant craft beer culture and invite you to explore our unique brews inspired by rock and metal.
