Other: lactose, himalayan salt, salted caramel sirup, almond sirup, almond aroma
The biggest taste surprise is the light version of the stout, where instead of roasted malts we used primarily light caramel malt in combination with Maris Otter biscuit English malt. Phoenix hops provided a more delicate bitterness with chocolate tones, and we added lactose, caramel and almond syrup to the beer for velvety smoothness. Don't like sweets, but do you like liqueurs?
