A very specific and unconventional sour, where fruitiness and a strong herbal aroma are interconnected. The beer contains a third of wheat malt, which is why it has a soft, creamy body that complements dark forest fruits. The aroma combines peppermint and blackcurrant, which also dominates the taste with its tannic, sour-clove bitterness. Note: Beer with beneficial effects on the respiratory and digestive systems!
