Alcohol: 5,5 % (abv.)

Malts: pilsen, torrefied flaked oats, wheat, chit malt, acidulated
Hops: Riwaka (NZ), Riwaka Amplifire (NZ), Nectaron (NZ)
Yeasts: Philly sour, Bry-97
Other: passion fruit puree, pineapple concentrate

Significant acidity, rich fruitiness and aroma of New Zealand hops. Sour IPA, in which it was not spared by hops or fruit. The varieties of Nectaron and Riwaka ensure the scent of tropical fruit, typical of their pineapple and passion profile, so we used this fruit to complete acidity and smell into the perfect harmony of all components and underline juicy character of beer.
